Dear Educator;

My name is John Tercyak and I entertain with guitar, fiddle and vocals. I have over 25 years professional experience and the styles I perform range from Kids tunes to Popular, Celtic to Jazz, Holiday Favorites to Country. (Please refer to my resume)

I am offering to bring my talents to your schools for half or full day engagements where I will perform for school wide assemblies for one period (or two if necessary) a program of various fiddling types that I call; 'Anthology of Fiddle Styles' which includes breif introductions or descriptions of different fiddle styles and techniques and then a performance of a song or two of each. Additionally, I conduct small group seminar(s) on a variety of fiddle aspects or guitar subjects depending on your students needs or interests including some of the following but not limited to: Questions & Answers, demonstrations, group singing and playing, problem solving, handouts, harmony, transcription, interactive activities.

Each school's program can be tailored to meet your wants, situation, age groups and level of participation.
